Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hive & Harvest. We strive to provide you with the highest quality products and an excellent customer experience. Please review our refunds and returns policy below:

Food Items Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any food items, including honey and honey-based products. All sales of food items are final.

Non-Food Items We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of non-food items. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused, new condition.
  2. Time Frame: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  3. Process:
    • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at WorkerBee@theHiveandHarvest.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return or exchange.
    • Once your return or exchange is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Food items
  • Plant a Tree purchases
  • Adopt a Queen purchases
  • Gift cards
  • Final Sale / Limited Time Sale items

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • Any refunds will be minus a 5% credit card processing fee.
  • If the item was on sale, you will be refunded the amount paid.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product or a different one, please contact us at WorkerBee@theHiveandHarvest.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send out the exchange item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at WorkerBee@theHiveandHarvest.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
